Vote NO on Oklahoma activist justices!
The OCPA needs your help to stop three liberal-activist Oklahoma Supreme Court justices that are up for retention on the statewide ballot, and it’s crucial to vote NO due to their activist rulings.
These justices—Yvonne Kauger, James Edmondson, and Noma Gurich—were all appointed by former Democrat governors, and they have consistently issued rulings that undermine conservative judicial principles and add millions in costs to small business. They also sided with Kamala Harris and Joe Biden and ruled to make it harder to protect Oklahomans from illegal immigrants who commit felonies, ruled to stop a law that helped protect the integrity of elections and ruled to stop an income tax cut.
A NO vote is a major step toward realizing an Oklahoma judiciary that prioritizes limited government and individual freedom.
Together, we can protect Oklahoma’s future. Make your voice heard and vote NO on these justices!
Thank you for taking a stand.
